The 1,000,000 SF Broadcom HQ was built in Irvine, CA by DPR Construction and designed by Gensler Architects.
Bill Clyne, CTO of Floor Seal Technology proposed the concrete mix design to create a light-colored concrete with light sand for 300,000 SF of polished concrete. Bill also provided the concrete finishing specification modifications to help create slabs appropriate for polished concrete. Floor Seal technicians over- saw the placement, and cured the concrete with MirrorCure
On the 700,000 SF of concrete to receive moisture sensitive floor covering, Floor Seal proposed the concrete mix design, performed concrete placement oversite, and cured the concrete with VaporSeal 309 for moisture sensitive floor covering.
